Michael promptly responded to a request for a quote. When he had to reschedule, he called to let me know and then made a significant effort to get here though rush hour traffic to meet the rescheduled time. He and his crew arrived on the scheduled day and did an excellent job removing the debris and cleaning up the site. They honored the estimate/bid cost even though it may have taken more time than anticipated. They were a pleasure to work with.

A couple of companies came by and quoted based on the house and what they thought they could charge, and when I said no they just kept lowering their price literally as I walked back inside. This company came out the next day at agreed time and did the job for a lower price than anyone else quoted down to. They were super efficient and courteous. Would use them again.

I just used Dump Pro to load a whole truck full of tree limbs and wood from a deck we took down. It was more economical to use them, where they come, do all the loading, and sweep clean any area they have cleared, than it would have been to have a dumpster dropped off. Mike, who runs the business, was on time, courteous and thorough, as was his crew. Thumbs up for this team!

I quoted three highly rated dirt removal companies. Dump Pro was the only company who gave an accurate quote and who published their pricing schedule. Its easy to estimate the load size by measuring the debris yourself. The quotes from two other highly rated companies grossly exaggerated the load size and had higher rates. Dump Pro was exceptionally professional, much fairer than their competitors and had the best prices.

Amazing customer service. Michael had to pull few resources together to meet our demanding requirement; however, we had to cancel 4 hours prior to the scheduled slot due to conflict with another job that was running in parallel and since the other party were here at 7:30am, they weren’t going to wait and risk of having to come back the next day to complete the full one day job that was planned. Michael was friendly and didn’t give us a hard time with the last minute cancellation. It was unfortunate we weren’t able to use their service, but we highly recommend them. And would certainly give them a call again.

You cannot believe how easy it was to have our yard cleared of junk and debris! These guys were better than fantastic. They came on time, and scurried around our entire yard, picking up and cleaning the areas where they removed unwanted “stuff”. They piled it all into their nice big trailer….then off they went. Our yard looks super now, and all we had to do was tell them what to do. They were courteous and friendly to boot! I had previously looked around to rent a dumpster, but after finding the Dump Pro, I don’t think I’ll ever get a regular dumpster again. I understand that if you want, they will leave a trailer at your property for you to fill on your own….and then come to pick it up when you’re done, but the way we did it today was so much better for us. I only found The Dump Pro last week when I was canvassing dumpster rentals because I had a bunch of stuff in a garage that I had to vacate. I was a bit depressed by the hassle of renting a dumpster and how expensive it was, as well as that most dumpster rental websites don’t list prices. When I called several of them, there seemed to be charges and surcharges, etc.
The Dump Pro’s website explains all of the options and costs for the services they offer and everything was very up front. I called Michael and he told me that even though he rents dumpsters, that it would be cheaper for me to have him bring a dump truck with a crew over and just haul it away. So, I made an appointment for him to come over the following week. He didn’t ask me for a credit card over the phone or anything.
He and his crew arrived at the appointed time, they did all of the work, I didn’t have to help move the stuff or help load the truck. When they got the stuff loaded into the truck, they swept the entire area clean and it only took them about 1/2 hour. Aside from not having to lift a finger to move the stuff out, the best thing was that it only cost me 1/2 of what it would have cost me to rent a dumpster. As far as I am concerned, Michael and The Dump Pro are totally honest and professional. the best in the Bay Area.

When the annual free City of Oakland hauling doesn’t cut it, I call Dump Pro. I often don’t have the time, tools, or wherewithal to bring everything to the curb and package it just the way the city likes it. If I don’t have the wherewithal for that, you can imagine how much wherewithal I have left for bringing stuff to the waste transfer station myself. (Hint: none) The Dump Pro prices are so reasonable that it’s worth my time and money not to do it myself.
Michael is professional, attentive, and kind. He responds to phone calls and e-mails quickly. He doesn’t mind when I say I have no idea how much trash I need hauled away. Seriously, 5/6 of a load may as well be 155 cubic cats to me. When I first started using his services, he came to do an estimate. However, after that, he just came over with his crew, took the trash, and gave me the price. He kept good records of how much of a load I produced in the past, so he was able to give me a price and time range. Also, the prices are listed on the website so there’s no sneakiness.
Not only did his crew take everything away, they were able to extricate some large pieces that I couldn’t pull out myself. Michael’s sharp eyes even found some junk that I had forgotten to ask him to take, which was a relief. (It’s that feeling you have when you find that extra sock on the way back from the washing machine and you have time to throw it in instead of having to save it for the next wash–BUT BETTER.) When Michael’s crew was finished, they swept everything up and left it clean!
Michael is like a backwards Santa Claus that takes everything bad away. That, in some ways, is better than getting a Christmas present because, seriously, do you really need any more crap sitting around your house? No, you don’t. Call him and enjoy Backwards Christmas year round!
I’m really enamored with his ability to fit that truck into our driveway. He should get an extra star just for that.

These men were very fast, professional and friendly. In little over an hour they cleared nearly 40 years worth of stuff and debris from our garage and yard. They even cleaned up, sweeping the place clean. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
